3. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing. If something isn't right, please get in touch at [email protected] before requesting a refund — we will always do our best to help.

Mini Harmonium Course — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Mini Harmonium Course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. Email [email protected] with your name and order details.

Harmonium Freedom — 7-Day Refund Policy

Because Harmonium Freedom gives you immediate access to the full course content, a 7-day refund window applies from the date of purchase. This applies to both the full course purchase and subscription plans. Seven days is sufficient time to explore the material and get a feel for the teaching approach. Refund requests received after 7 days cannot be accepted. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your name and order details.

For subscription plans: you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. No refund is given for the current billing period already paid.

Handbooks & Guides — 30-Day Goodwill Guarantee

As digital downloads, handbooks and guides are technically non-refundable once accessed under UK and EU consumer law. However, as a goodwill gesture, we offer a 30-day refund on these products. If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.

Private Sessions — 30-Day Guarantee with Cancellation Terms

You may request a refund for a private session within 30 days of purchase, provided the session has not yet taken place.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. To reschedule, email [email protected].

If Daisy Bowman needs to cancel a session, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative time at your preference.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests should be sent to [email protected]. Please include your name, email address used at purchase, and order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email immediately upon successful payment. If you do not receive your confirmation email within one hour of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact [email protected].

Private session scheduling details are sent by email within 48 hours of purchase.
